Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to makeup services provided by Michelle Croft (Shellie) ABN: 49 983 909 751 to you. Upon booking a makeup application with Shellie and her sub-contractors or affiliates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


Booking a makeup application can be made via our outline booking system through the link on the Shellie, Belle Makeup Facebook Page and can be made up to 1 day before if places are still available. Booking is fully secured once a credit card has been entered (no charges are applied, but please read our no show and cancellation terms when booking) and a text and/or email confirmation has been received. Bookings can be made via private message or email, but a 50% non refundable deposit must be paid to secure the booking.


For all Event, Photoshoot and Prom makeup our pricing is listed in our 'Makeup Services' page. . 


Hair Styling is also available. Prices vary depending on the style required. A price is available upon request. Makeup and hair packages are also available. These can be found on our makeup services page.


All prices are subject to change unless a final quote has been given and a deposit paid. For Wedding prices please see the Weddings terms below.


Booking is subject to availability. Upon booking with Shellie, our online system will ask for your credit card details. This will not charge your card but if appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment, a 100% booking fee will be charged to your card. This also comes into affect for a no show. Wedding booking fees differ to this and details will be stated in your personalised quote.


Shellie does not offer refunds for any completed services. Therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to discuss with Shellie while she is on location. All discussions regarding refunds/discounts will be entered into on a case-by-case basis.


You are asked to kindly give a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change a appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost. Repeat offenders will have to pay costs in full upon booking and will be non-refundable. Please note wedding cancellations do not fall under this category. 


Our Studio is in located in Tannum Sands however mobile appointments are available on request for group bookings and if time is available. Mobile appointments incur a travel fee which is dependent on location. A quote can be provided upon request. 


In the event that any motel/hotel and street parking fees are incurred as a result of the location of appointment, these will be passed on to the client.


To assist with future clients selected Inspo ideas of hairstyles and makeup looks and for promotional proposes, Shellie may take photos prior, during and upon completion of any styles and looks she creates. These photos may be used for public display (website, social media, business cards, etc). If you are uncomfortable with this and wish for your images not to be used, please advise Shellie ahead of time, otherwise it is presumed that you agree for her to use your images as she sees fit.


In addition to the terms and conditions listed on this page, weddings require a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit/Booking Fee.  This ensures your date is held for you.  If this deposit/booking fee is not paid with in 7 days of accepting the quote your date becomes available and open to new bookings.  The remaining costs quoted must be paid in full 14 days prior to your wedding date.  If you cancel your wedding less than 14 days prior to the wedding the entire cost of the wedding becomes non refundable.  Any additional terms and conditions that are wedding related only are listed on your personalised quote. Please ensure you read these carefully as once you have accepted your quote it is deemed you have accepted these terms. and no refunds are issued.

Once you have accepted the quote for the number of people allocated,  you can not reduce the number of people and will still be responsible for the full amount quoted and accepted. If you need to increase the number of people please let me know so that a new quote can be sent.  In this situation your booking fee will be transferred to the new quote.

If you need to postpone your wedding due to Covid restrictions your booking fee will be transferred to the new date.  Cancellations due to Covid restrictions will forfeit the booking fee.

For all Makeup Appointments, we ask clients to arrive with a freshly cleansed face free of products. Any residue from previously applied products can interact with Shellie's product therefore your wear time may not last as expected.

If you have booked Shellie for hairstyling, we ask clients to arrive with clean and dry hair as our time slots do not allow for blow drying. Dirty hair will affect the finished style and Shellie will not refund due to any issues this may cause.



Customers are required to ensure that they are on time for their booking. Due to the nature of scheduling, Shellie can not extend your appointment time. If you are later than 15mins to a booking without sufficient notice, Shellie reserves the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.


Shellie or any other artist working with her, are not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify Shellie if you have sensitive skin or have any known allergies.
